1. Agreement
The Camvera.ai website (the "Site") is operated by Camvera Inc. ("Company," "Camvera," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
The Site serves as the official marketing and informational presence for Camvera Inc., providing prospective clients and other visitors with information about the Company and its products. These Terms apply solely to your use of the Site and do not govern use of the Camvera Platform, which will be subject to separate platform terms presented at the time of account registration.

You are permitted to access and use the Site for lawful informational purposes in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree that you will not:

3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Camvera Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without the prior written consent of Camvera Inc.
Your use of the Site does not grant you any license to the intellectual property of Camvera Inc. or its licensors except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Camvera Inc. of the linked sites or their operators. Camvera Inc. is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site, and your use of such sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those sites.

By submitting an inquiry, demo request, or other form through the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from Camvera Inc. in connection with your inquiry. You agree that all agreements, notices, and communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CAMVERA INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR STRATEGIC ADVICE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMVERA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF CAMVERA INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.
8. Children Under Thirteen
The Site is intended solely for use by business professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived or excluded by contract, including rights under applicable data protection or consumer protection legislation. The limitation of liability in Section 7 does not apply to the extent it would be void or unenforceable under such mandatory law. This paragraph does not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of any court outside the State of Delaware, nor does it expand the scope of data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
Camvera Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
