This Policy applies to information collected through Camvera.ai. Users of the Camvera Platform will be subject to additional terms governing platform use, presented prior to accessing the Platform.

Camvera is actively working toward SOC 2 Type II certification for the Camvera Platform. This effort reflects our broader commitment to building security infrastructure that meets enterprise requirements. The marketing Site itself collects limited personal information as described in this Policy, and is protected by the safeguards described above.
7. Data Retention
The Company retains personal information collected through the Site only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:
- Inquiry and demo request submissions: retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of your last interaction with the Company, or until you request deletion, whichever occurs first.
- Email marketing contact records: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which your contact record will be suppressed rather than deleted to prevent inadvertent re-addition to marketing lists.
- Site analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymized form indefinitely; any associated personal identifiers (such as IP addresses) are anonymized within ninety (90) days of collection.
- Records retained for legal compliance: retained for the period required by applicable law or regulation, which may exceed the timeframes above.
To request deletion of your personal information, please contact us at support@camvera.ai. We will process deletion requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.
8. Children Under Thirteen
The Site is intended solely for use by business professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
9. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including:
- The right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the purposes for which it was collected, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.

Verification of Requests: Before processing a deletion or access request, we will verify your identity using the personal information you have already provided to us (such as your name and business email address). We may request additional information if necessary to verify your identity, and we will not use such information for any purpose other than verification.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization before processing the request.
