7. Data Retention

The Company retains personal information collected through the Site only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

• Inquiry and demo request submissions: retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of your last interaction with the Company, or until you request deletion, whichever occurs first.
• Email marketing contact records: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which your contact record will be suppressed rather than deleted to prevent inadvertent re-addition to marketing lists.
• Site analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymized form indefinitely; any associated personal identifiers (such as IP addresses) are anonymized within ninety (90) days of collection.
• Records retained for legal compliance: retained for the period required by applicable law or regulation, which may exceed the timeframes above.

We may request additional information if necessary to verify your identity, and we will not use such information for any purpose other than verification.
